PROCEDURE and TARIFF for a DVD, a DVD-HD or a DVD-Blu-Ray PRODUCTION. PROCEDURE : Choice of photographs : All you have to do is to separate your photographs by topics (Family, Trips, Partys, Sports, etc) and indicate (if you wish) the INFORMATION on the back of your favorite photographs (names, places, dates). You can then bring or have delivered the separate packages to Claude or fix an appointment on your premises or at Claude's home. Music : You then indicate your preferred style of music with your favorite singers and titles. Claude will also be able to make you suggestions; he was the general manager of the radio station CKCV in Quebec ; he knows very well the music and he has a spectacular discography. Verification : When the initial edited assembly is completed, Claude will suggest a DVD TEST to you, possibly on line, so that you can view and make the modifications you would wish, if necessary. You will then discuss on the phone, any adjustments you want and Claude will then deliver the FINAL PRODUCTION. TARIFF : The tariff is 9$ per minute of final production. In other words, a 25 minutes DVD costs 225$, one 27 minutes, 243$, etc… Each ''additionnal" copy costs 15$. Thus, for example, a 27 minutes DVD in 3 copies costs 273$. NOTE 1 : For a DVD-Blu-Ray copy, the cost is 35$ NOTE 2 : Videos can also be included on a DVD (price to be discussed) JUSTIFICATION : This tariff includes the time to meet people, the gathering of information by group of photographs, the movement and synchronization of all photos with your musical choices, the scanning of each photograph, the edition, the graphics on the DVD Cover and DVD disk , the verification with and approval from the recipient of the production.
